"Unsure what to expect, I did as I had been instructed by Lidia and made myself comfortable in a darkened room.  Lidia and I were synchronized across the world via the angels and our own spiritual connection.  I repeated to myself the words Lidia had told me to say and I felt the warmth of 'love' and 'caring' around me.  My hands and arms were very warm.  I wasn't asleep but I knew at that point I couldn't open my eyes.  I saw white birds around me and I saw large wings... wings of angels.  It is hard to explain how I saw them.  It was enough to make me realise I was not alone.  I thought I had been lying there for a short space of time, but when I opened my eyes and looked at the clock, an hour had passed!  Lidia and I communicated almost immediately on the computer.  I felt slightly detached from everything with just the hint of a headache.  The following day I felt like I had slept so well the night before.  It was an amazing experience, something I would never have experienced if it hadn't have been for the sensitive and caring skills of Lidia
